This summer's Campbell Conference will be held July 7-10, 2005. We are
expecting a large number of science fiction authors and other luminaries to attend,
and are currently putting together the schedule of their appearances.
Click here to find maps to the various Conference locations.
Below is the detailed schedule for this year's Conference. Be sure to
register early for savings!
Readings in Smith Hall are open to the public, but you must be a registered
Conference attendee to attend the other events. Lunches are usually held
off-campus and are not provided by the Conference; however, the Center provides
snacks and beverages for the Saturday morning event and the off-campus
receptions on Friday and Saturday evening.
Your Awards Banquet registration includes the ceremony and a wonderful meal
(let us know if you have special dietary requirements). If you are registered
for the Conference but do not wish to pay for the Banquet, we try to arrange for
seating in the back of the room to watch the proceedings - be sure to contact us
(cmckit@ku.edu) to ensure a seat to watch
the ceremony even if you are not eating the meal.
Note: This is a very early draft, so expect it to change often with
updates and speaker additions. Check
back for news and updates.
