 I plan to attend the Campbell Conference, July 16-18. ($25 or $50 check made out to CSSF)

Notes:

  • If you plan to enroll in the SF Teaching Institute, Writers Workshops, or other CSSF educational programs, use the full enrollment form.
  • Checks must be mailed in advance of arrival, made out to appropriate party.
  • You may combine checks for CSSF.
  • Housing cost checks are made out to CSSF.
