Using the Gunn Center's
Registration and Payment System

Use this form to register and pay online for the Campbell Conference.

To attend the 2015 Campbell Conference, please complete the new online-registration form. To register and pay for any of our other Science Fiction Summer activities, or to enroll in a regular
course not-for-credit, see the individual pages for registration and payment information. Instructions:

1. Open the new online-registration form.

2. Fill out the Contact Information section.

3. Click the appropriate box(es).

4. If you have been accepted into any of the summer courses, you may register for the Campbell Conference at no cost! Just note which course you're attending in the Notes/Instructions section of your registration form. You must still register in advance! Notes: The Awards Banquet costs the normal amount. To attend the Awards Ceremony (but not the banquet), contact Lydia Ash ( in advance for guaranteed seating.

To obtain permission to enroll in the Short Fiction Workshop (or its Repeat Offenders Workshop), the Novel Workshop (or its Repeat Offenders Workshop), the YA Writing Workshop, or the Intensive SF Institute, see the appropriate pages for details.

Do you have a Discount Code? This is normally only relevant if you are registering early for the Campbell Conference (such as at ConQuesT).

If you cannot use the online-registration system or do not have a credit card:

Print the document using the PRINT feature of your browser. You may then write your information on the printed document then either scan the document and email the printed copy. If emailing a scanned copy, please submit it to Lydia Ash ( If mailing a printed copy, please send it with your check made out to University of Kansas to:
